Dr. Brett Schönekess, President and CEO Dr. Brett Schönekess holds a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Alberta, an MBA from Queens University, and Canadian Securities Course (Honours) certificate, Canadian Securities Institute. Prior to assuming his current position at Orcrist, he served as VP of Operations and Corporate Secretary at Stem Cell Therapeutics Corp. (TSX-V: SSS) since Dec 2004. He was also a VP of Marketing at a Calgary-based life science research tools company, and former President and CEO of Bortec Biomedical Ltd., a medical devices company that was marketing and selling a research tool for muscle EMG measurement. Dr. Schönekess is a co-founder of Orcrist. |

Mr. Gary Voncina, CFO & Corporate Secretary Mr. Voncina was a former investment advisor with Richardson Greenshields, RBC Dominion and TD Waterhouse, as well as a former director of Nebex Exploration and Flatland Resources. Mr. Voncina has experience in raising capital in both the private and public sectors, and is a Director and co-founder of Orcrist. |

Dr. Andrew Pyszniak, Vice President Dr. Pyszniak holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA from Queen’s University. He has served as Business Development Officer for Intelligene Expressions Inc., a contract manufacturer of biopharmaceuticals, and as Manager, Grants and Awards, for the Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research. Most recently, Dr. Pyszniak was Director of Marketing and Business Development at a Calgary-based life science research tools company. Dr. Pyszniak is a Director and co-founder of Orcrist. |
